Welcoming Visitors,
Protecting Neighborhoods

About Responsible STR NOLA

Responsible STR NOLA is a coalition of local commercial short-term rental operators, property managers, housekeepers, small business owners, and everyday citizens who love the city of New Orleans and support the efforts of city officials to help increase affordable housing opportunities across the Crescent City. We believe that responsible short-term rental operators support the continued growth of New Orleans, while protecting the culture and vibrancy of our unique neighborhoods.

Our hope is that citizens find the information that we share helpful and informative as New Orleans’ short term rental policies and regulations continue to evolve, so that we can strike the right balance between welcoming visitors and protecting local neighborhoods.
